As a General Member of the Public
To be eligible for NDIS Support Coordination, you must meet the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) access requirements, which include being an Australian citizen, having a permanent or significant disability, and being under the age of 6 You can apply for NDIS Support Coordination by contacting the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) or a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) in your area.
As a Carer for a Family Member or Friend
